Job Role: Care Worker / Support Worker / Healthcare Assistant
The Care Worker / Support Worker / Healthcare Assistant will assist the team with day-to-day routines, including personal care and feeding.
Ideal Candidates:
- Experience in care
- Compassionate and friendly
- Understanding and respect for those who need healthcare support
Responsibilities:
- Helping patients with personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility
- Making and changing beds
- Turning patients to avoid pressure sores
- Talking to patients to help them feel less anxious
- Ensuring the ward or patient’s home is tidy
- Keeping supplies and equipment in order
