Team: Allison House Residential Home

Job Family: Supporting - CBG4
Salary: £25,583 per annum pro rota (plus weekend and night enhancements)
Hourly Rate: £13.27 plus weekend and night enhancements
Hours: 35 Hours per week - as required by the service
Location: Fixed Location - Allison House Residential Home, Sandy
Contract Type: Permanent
Closing Date: Rolling advert to the 31st of August 2026 - applications will be reviewed on a regular basis and if successful candidates will be contracted for interviews.

About the role:

Join us as a Care Assistant to deliver person-centred care to each of our residents that is as individual as they are. Are you able to wear your heart on your sleeve? Can you change a moment and make a difference? And can you help to transform lives? If so, we would love you to join our family at Allison House in Sandy.

This is an important role – and you’ll receive our full support including a full training programme and induction. Our Care Assistants' main priority is to ensure our resident's happiness and wellbeing. You will be assisting our residents with washing and personal hygiene, preparing drinks and snacks, and administering medication if necessary. The key is to consider each person’s physical and emotional needs. Every resident is different and you must respect their individuality.
