Part-Time Care Assistant – Deal, Kent (Morning & Afternoon Shifts)

About the Role

We’re seeking kind, reliable Care Assistants to support older adults in their own homes across the Deal, Sandwich & Dover, Kent area.

We’re a brand-new office within the local community, looking for caring individuals who are passionate about making a genuine difference in the growing care sector.

Flexible shift options are available:

  • Morning shifts: 07:00 – 14:00
  • Afternoon shifts: 14:00 – 21:00

Shifts run Monday to Friday, with alternate weekend availability. Hours may vary as we expand our client base, but if you’re eager to join an exciting, evolving team, then this is the opportunity for you.

Hours & Commitment

  • Core shifts: Morning (07:00–14:00) or Afternoon (14:00–21:00)
  • Required availability: Alternate weekend shifts
  • Contract dynamics: Part-time with opportunity to progress as we grow.

Qualifications & Requirements

✔ Right to work in the UK must be confirmed ✔ Full UK driving licence essential (access to a car required for visits) ✔ Strong English communication skills for clear interaction ✔ Patient, caring, and empathetic nature essential
