Waking Night Care Assistant
Job Type: Permanent, Contracted (9 x 12-hour shifts per month)
Working Hours: 19:00 to 07:00 (Variable nights on a 4-week repeating rota)
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour on weekdays, increasing to £14.50 per hour on weekends
Location: Seaside town setting (Due to limited public transport, own transport is essential)

Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team on waking night shifts. You will provide reliable, high-standard care and reassurance to our residents through the night, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.
Key Details & Benefits
- Guaranteed Contract: 9 shifts per month on a 4-week repeating rota.

What We Need From You
- A compassionate, reliable, and person-centred approach to care.
- Ability to work waking night shifts (19:00 - 07:00) on a variable 4-week rota.
- Own transport is essential due to the home's location in a seaside town with a lack of public transport links.
- Relevant care experience is preferred.
