We are seeking compassionate Care Assistants to deliver exceptional support across Mansfield, Mansfield Woodhouse, Ladybrook, Warsop, Clipstone, Rainworth, Blidworth, Annesley, Hucknall, Sutton in Ashfield, and Kirkby in Ashfield. About The Role
In this fulfilling role, you will provide essential care and support, empowering our clients to maintain their independence and quality of life. Your key responsibilities will involve:
- Delivering compassionate personal care, assisting with daily routines like washing, dressing, and toileting.
- Managing incontinence care with dignity and respect.
- Providing medication support, ensuring adherence to individual care plans.
- Assisting with safe moving and handling, utilising specialised equipment like hoists.
- Offering vital companionship, helping with light domestic tasks, and fostering social engagement.
- Delivering sensitive end-of-life care, providing comfort and support.
