The Purpose

Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care tailored to residents’ needs, spanning companionship, daily living assistance, and personal hygiene.
- Observe, record, and report behavioural changes or health fluctuations in line with regulatory and legal requirements.
- Support residents with nutrition and hydration, encouraging participation where possible while aligning with their care plans.
- Foster mental and physical well-being through engaging activities, both individual and group-based.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date care plans and collaborate with other professionals for holistic resident care.

What We’re Looking For
Essentials
- A strong work ethic, with motivation, positivity, and genuine care for residents.
- Exceptional communication skills, encompassing empathy, patience, and assertiveness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Desirable
- Previous experience in care homes or Health and Social Care settings.
- A formal qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care) constitutes a plus.
