Location: 176 Harefield Rd, Uxbridge UB8 1PP CQC rating: Good Company rating: 9.8/10 Salary: £13.10 - £14.10 per hour (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred care tailored to residents’ needs, spanning companionship, daily living assistance, and personal hygiene.
  • Observe, record, and report behavioural changes or health fluctuations in line with regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Support residents with nutrition and hydration, encouraging participation where possible while aligning with their care plans.
  • Foster mental and physical well-being through engaging activities, both individual and group-based.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date care plans and collaborate with other professionals for holistic resident care.

What We’re Looking For

Essentials

  • A strong work ethic, with motivation, positivity, and genuine care for residents.
  • Exceptional communication skills, encompassing empathy, patience, and assertiveness.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Desirable

  • Previous experience in care homes or Health and Social Care settings.
  • A formal qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care) constitutes a plus.
