Job Description: Home Care Assistant

The Role
With a minimum 1-hour visit every time, you’ll build genuine relationships and make a real difference. You will support regular clients with daily activities such as:
- Light housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Community outings
- Medication reminders
- Personal care
- Maintaining clients’ independence in their own homes

Qualifications & Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
- Kind, patient, and dependable
- Strong communication skills in spoken and written English
- Lives within: BN20–BN24, BN26, BN27, or TN21 0
Additional Requirements
✔ Must be 18+ years old ✔ UK-based with the right to work in the UK ✔ Enhanced DBS check (paid by us) ✔ Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare
