Are you looking for a rewarding role where companionship is at the heart of what you do? We're recruiting Waking Night Care Professionals across the South Lakes area, and you'll be joining an Outstanding-rated provider, Top 20 Home Care Group and 5-Star Employer, with pay up to £160 per night.
About the Role
When the world goes quiet, our clients still need someone by their side. As a Waking Night Care Professional, you'll support people through the night as a calm, comforting presence, staying awake and alert so they feel safe, settled and never alone.
Your reassurance also means the world to their families. Knowing a trusted person is there overnight gives them real peace of mind that their loved one is being looked after while they rest.

You'll provide overnight support to clients across the area, staying alert throughout the night to help with personal care, reassurance and any needs that arise.
You'll help with:
- Personal care and needs
- Repositioning and mobility support
- Reassurance if a client wakes during the night
- Morning routines and accurate care records
About You
- Caring, compassionate and dependable
- Previous experience required
- Enjoys building meaningful relationships
