Are you looking for a rewarding role where companionship is at the heart of what you do?
We are recruiting for Waking Night Care Professionals across the South Lakes areas.
You’ll be joining an Outstanding-rated provider, Top 20 Home Care Group, and 5-Star Employer, with pay up to £160 per night.
The Role: Waking Night Care Professional
Provide overnight support to clients across the local area, staying alert throughout the night to help with personal care, reassurance, and any needs that arise, ensuring our clients feel safe, comfortable, and settled in their own homes.
How you’ll make a difference:
- Personalised Support: Assist with personal care and night-time needs.
- Mobility & Safety: Help with repositioning and mobility support.
- Overnight Comfort: Offer gentle reassurance if a client wakes during the night.
- Morning Care: Assist with morning routines and complete accurate care records.

About You
- Caring, compassionate, and dependable
- Previous care experience required
- Enjoys building meaningful, respectful relationships
- UK Right to Work, a valid driving licence, and access to reliable transport are essential
- A genuine desire to make a difference in someone's life
