Role Description
Responsibilities
As a member of our team, your purposeful work will include:
- Building heartfelt connections with clients, bringing care and companionship to their evenings.
- Assisting clients in settling for the evening, including aids for their personal care routines and medication prompts.
- Helping to create a homely environment through light household tasks and supper preparation.
- Ensuring transparent communication with clients and their families to deliver first-class care and comfort.

Requirements
- Driving licence and reliable access to your own car (for client visits, errands, appointments, and social trips).
- Availability to work weekdays either 8am–2pm or 4pm–10pm, with the ability to provide 2 out of 4 weekend shifts per month.
- Experience is welcome but not essential—thorough training is provided in-house.
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
- Exceptional organisational ability and robust time management skills.
- A natural warmth and friendliness to cultivate positive client relationships.
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).

Additional Information
