Care Assistant
Care Assistant – Edmund House Care Home
Location: 98-108 Everest Road, Ashby, Scunthorpe, DN16 3EE Salary: £12.75–£13.75 per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications) Contract: Permanent, Days or Nights (rotas include alternate weekends)

The Responsibilities
You will make a meaningful difference by:
- Supporting residents with clinical, social, and emotional care, adapting to their specific needs and delivering this with compassion and respect.
- Providing personal support, companionship, and assistance with daily activities—tailored to each resident’s uniqueness.
- Collaborating with nurses, senior care assistants and healthcare professionals to monitor residents, identify changes in their well-being, and report findings accurately.
- Fostering strong, respectful relationships with residents’ families, friends, and healthcare providers to ensure holistic support.
