With over 10 years of experience managing two successful Home Instead branches in Wiltshire and Oxfordshire, we’re now bringing our high-quality, person-centred care to your community - and we’re looking for compassionate, reliable and caring people to join us as Care Professionals. We have immediate need across our territory which covers Thornbury and Yate, so if you're located nearby that would be ideal, and we also cover Dursley and everywhere in-between.
Job Description
We are looking for bubbly, chatty caring people to join our team of Care Assistant's to support our growing client base across Wotton-under-Edge, Thornbury, Dursley and all the surrounding areas.
Ideally, we would be looking for Care Assistant's who can work mornings due to our current client needs, but we are open to other availability.

As a Care Assistant with us, every day is different, but your role will include:
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Preparing meals and helping with daily routines
- Assisting with medication and personal care
- Supporting clients living with conditions such as dementia or those recovering from a stroke
- Assisting with clinical needs, such as changing compression stockings or supporting with catheter care

Requirements
What do we need from you?
- A genuine desire to provide outstanding care and support with a willingness to learn and reliability
- Good communication skills
- Aged 18 or over
- Ability to work an alternate weekend
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is desired due to the nature of the role
