What You’ll Receive
- £13/hour weekdays, £14 on weekends
- Double time on bank holidays
- £0.30 per mile for travel between clients
- 12–16 hours per week to start (more as the rota grows)
- Every second weekend off
- Full training included (no experience needed)
- City & Guilds-accredited dementia training available

Your Availability
We’re seeking candidates who can commit to:
- Shifts: 7am - 2.30pm and 3.45pm - 9.45pm
- Weekends: Alternate weekends (essential for this role)
- Some flexibility to support continuity of care for clients
How You’ll Make a Difference
Our clients rely on us for stability, respect, and genuine human connection. Your responsibilities may include:
- Companionship & meaningful conversation
- Personal care (washing, dressing, bathing)
- Light household tasks
- Medication prompts & meal preparation
- Accompanying clients to appointments or shopping

Qualifications & Requirements
Essential
✔ Valid UK Driving Licence ✔ Own vehicle with business-use insurance ✔ Right to work in the UK ✔ Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one) ✔ Satisfactory references from previous employers or character referees
Preferred
✔ Health & Safety awareness or basic training ✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ✔ Ability to maintain confidentiality ✔ Physical fitness and mobility to support care tasks ✔ Willingness to undertake dementia training ✔ Reliable transport & punctuality record ✔ Flexibility and adaptability for client continuity
