The job pays £13.00 - £26 per hour + Mileage + Holiday + Pension contribution.

Job Description
What You'll Be Doing:
- Make a Real Difference Daily – Provide personal care and support to clients with genuine warmth, helping them with daily activities like showers, dressing, and feeling their absolute best.
- Become a Meal Maestro – Prepare delicious meals and assist with feeding when needed, because good nutrition is part of great care.
- Master the Art of Mobility – Help clients move safely and comfortably, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.
- Be a Health Detective – Keep a keen eye on clients' wellbeing, monitor their health status, and report any changes to the senior team (you'll be their extra set of eyes!).
- Bring Joy and Connection – Engage clients in fun social activities and provide genuine emotional support that brightens their day.
- Create Safe Havens – Keep living spaces clean, tidy, and safe—because environment matters just as much as care.
- Support Medication Management – Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals, with precision and care.
- Team Up for Excellence – Work collaboratively with fellow care team members, sharing ideas and best practices to deliver outstanding care.
- Champion Dignity Always – Respect clients' privacy, individuality, and personal preferences in everything you do—it's non-negotiable.

Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
Essential:
- No prior care experience needed – we'll train you up! 🎓
- Brilliant communication skills and the ability to connect with people.
- Physical stamina to support clients' mobility needs.
- An eye for detail and the ability to follow care plans like a pro.
- Genuine patience, empathy, and a real passion for helping others.
- Reliability and punctuality – we can count on you!
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- A willingness to learn and embrace training opportunities.
Nice to Have:
- A compassionate heart for vulnerable people.
- Smartphone savvy – you know your way around a device.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to communicate clearly.
- A confident and cheerful demeanor.
