Role Description
Care Assistants at Goldtech Care provide full-time, remote support to service users, helping them maintain independence and comfort in their own homes. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Assisting with personal care, daily living activities, and mobility
- Following individual care plans and company policies
- Monitoring service users’ wellbeing, observing changes in condition, and promptly reporting concerns to supervisors or clinical staff
- Offering companionship, emotional support, and clear communication with service users, families, and colleagues to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
- Documentation of care provided and adherence to safeguarding, health, and safety standards

Qualifications
- Strong caregiving and dementia care skills, with experience supporting individuals with varying levels of physical and cognitive needs
- Effective interpersonal skills and communication abilities to build trust, show empathy, and collaborate with service users, families, and care teams
- Safe manual handling skills and an understanding of mobility support, including correct use of equipment and adherence to health and safety procedures
- Ideally, prior experience in home care, community care, or nursing support roles
- Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to follow individualized care plans and professional guidelines in a remote working environment
- Relevant care certifications, such as NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or equivalent, and up-to-date training in safeguarding and first aid are beneficial
