Care Coordinator Opportunity at CuraCare
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join CuraCare as a Care Coordinator. CuraCare is an established, multi award winning business recognised for delivering award winning training & development. Our company is an independent care provider. The business successfully delivers premium service to clients throughout Richmond Borough of London who wish to retain their independence and remain in their own homes.
The Role
The role will involve:
- Responsible for the day to day management of all care scheduling.
- Schedule all care visits and liaise with staff and clients regarding schedules.
- Inputting service funders and service orders for new clients.
- Accepting and processing amendments to client’s services.
- Accepting and processing amendments to care worker availability.
- Ensuring records and files are kept up to date.
- Participating in on-call duties.
- Undertaking care worker training.
- General administrative tasks as needed.
- In extreme cases, delivering care services.
