Responsibilities
As a Care Co-ordinator your key responsibilities will include:
- Producing efficient care assistant schedules
- Ensuring continuity for our customers’ care visits
- Creating and implementing our permanent schedule
- Supporting the office team with setting up new customers
- Managing and exceeding our customer expectations
- Ensuring our high-quality standards are upheld
- Rising to the challenge of last-minute rota changes
- Emergency Line duties

Requirements
- Proven knowledge of logistics
- Ability to learn multiple geographical areas
