Help care homes, hospices and community organisations bring the benefits of immersive virtual reality experiences of nature and travel to the people they care for.
At Vae Care, we believe nobody should lose the opportunity to experience the world simply because they are no longer able to travel.
We're looking to build a small network of trusted Care & Community Partnership Representatives across the UK to introduce our immersive virtual reality service to organisations that could genuinely benefit from it.
If you have existing relationships within care homes, hospices or community organisations, or you're confident building new relationships within these sectors and would like to represent a service that makes a real difference, we'd love to hear from you.
About Vae Care
Vae Care is a Staffordshire-based not-for-profit Community Interest Company (CIC) dedicated to improving the wellbeing of older adults and vulnerable people through immersive virtual reality.
Our experiences enable people to explore new destinations, revisit meaningful places and enjoy immersive nature and travel experiences that encourage reminiscence, conversation, relaxation and social connection.
Over the past eight years, we've developed our service in collaboration with care providers, hospices and NHS partners. Research undertaken alongside Keele University has demonstrated measurable improvements in participant wellbeing.
Vae Care is available to care homes, hospices and community organisations across the UK. We provide everything needed to deliver the service safely and confidently, including VR headsets, our remote-controlled video delivery platform, staff training, safety documentation, ongoing support and a growing library of professionally produced immersive experiences.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Your Role
As a Care & Community Partnership Representative, you'll represent Vae Care professionally within the care and community sector, building relationships with organisations that you believe could genuinely benefit from our service.

Once you've made the introduction, we'll take care of everything else, from the initial conversation and any demonstrations through to quotations, contracts, installation, staff training and ongoing customer support.
You create the opportunity. We'll take care of the rest.
