By leveraging a tech-enabled platform, the team simplifies the search process, providing transparency and speed to families in under 24 hours while replacing traditional, opaque agency models.

Job Description

As a Care Consultant at Match with Care, you will be the human anchor of the matching process, guiding families through sensitive decisions. Working directly with founders, you will shape the company’s growth playbook while delivering reliable support.

Location

London, UK

Why this role is remarkable

  • Join an early-stage startup founded in 2025 where you work directly with the founders to build the company’s operational playbook from the ground up.
  • Solve a deeply personal and stressful problem by replacing slow, expensive traditional agencies with a tech-enabled marketplace that provides care matches in under 24 hours.
  • Transition from an intensive in-office onboarding to a flexible hybrid working arrangement in London, enjoying high ownership and clear paths for career scaling.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
