Job Opportunity for a Registered Mental Health Nurse
This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our specialist service for people experiencing a first episode of psychosis as a Care Co-ordinator.
You will be joining a client-centred, dynamic, and friendly multi-disciplinary team, who prides themselves on delivering high-quality, evidence-based interventions for those experiencing first episode psychosis.
Purpose of the Role
The purpose of the role is to reduce the stigma associated with psychosis, provide an early intervention to reduce the length of time that people remain undiagnosed and untreated, and to offer support and guidance throughout the person's recovery journey.
Role Details
Under line management and clinical supervision from within EIT, the post holder will maintain and coordinate timely and appropriate interventions, for a caseload of service users living in the Bolton area. The post holder will work within the framework of CPA, and in line with relevant clinical pathways as outlined within the EIT Operational Procedure.
