Scheduling Coordinator – Home Instead West Exeter & Teignbridge

We are seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to plan, organise, and maintain consistent schedules that align with our mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain effective, efficient schedules for clients and Care Professionals
- Ensure schedules optimise travel time and availability while meeting client needs
- Be responsive to changes, making real-time adjustments when necessary
- Match Care Professionals with clients and arrange introductions in collaboration with the care team
- Maintain excellent relationships with both clients and Care Professionals for a positive experience
- Ensure compliance with franchise standards, including introducing care providers before their first visit
- Work with the recruitment team to ensure staffing levels meet demand
- Participate in the evening and weekend on-call rota as required

Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience as a Care Coordinator, Scheduler, Rota Coordinator, Workforce Planner, or similar within domiciliary care is highly advantageous
- Hands-on experience in a scheduling or coordinating role within home care
- In-depth knowledge of the domiciliary care industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to plan, prioritise, and stay calm under pressure
- Proactive and analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail
- Flexibility to cover evening and weekend on-call duties
Closes: 31 August 2026 Compensation: £25,000 – £32,000 annually
