Become a Care Coordinator and Make a Difference Every Day

What You’ll Enjoy
- £26,000 – £28,000 per year
- Refer-a-friend bonus, up to £1,000*

Who You Are
- Organised, people-focused, and able to keep things running smoothly
- Strong attention to detail and confidence in a busy environment
- At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

A Day In The Life Of a Care Coordinator
- Match carers with clients and organise care schedules.
- Support the setup of new care packages.
- Keep rotas running smoothly and ensure continuity of care.
- Communicate with families and healthcare professionals.
- Record staff availability, absences, and emergency calls.
- Provide on-call support during evenings and weekends when required.
