Match with Care is an early-stage startup, modernising how families find and arrange care for their loved ones. We combine technology with a personal, human service to make the process faster, simpler and more reliable.
We’re looking for a full time Care Coordinator to join our growing team and take ownership of helping families find the right care.
What you’ll do
- Speak with families to understand their care needs and preferences
- Match families with suitable, vetted carers
- Coordinate introductions, interviews and placements
- Work alongside our modern, AI powered platform
- Support families and carers throughout the process
- Help us continuously improve our internal systems and placement lifecycle

What we’re looking for
- Willingness to join a startup early on, with a high risk high reward environment
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple clients at once
- Empathetic, practical and proactive
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
- Previous experience in care, recruitment, customer success or a similar role is useful but not essential
