Job Details
To work at the main office of a leading care company based in Birmingham, West Midlands
This is an excellent opportunity to join a market leading Care Company specialising in supporting people with various lifelong conditions including elderly care and learning disabilities
To be considered for this position you must hold NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or working towards this
Key Responsibilities
As the Care Co-ordinator your key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating care schedules and staff rotas
- Matching carers to our service users based on needs and preferences
- Maintaining accurate records and compliance requirements
- Liaising with service users, families, care staff, and healthcare professionals
- Responding to changes in care requirements and operational needs
- Ensuring high standards of care and customer service are maintained

Preferred Skills and Experience
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Previous experience within the health and social care industry
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Good IT skills and experience using rota or care management systems
- A positive, flexible, and team-focused approach
- Knowledge of the care sector and CQC requirements

Salary and Benefits
The successful Care Co-ordinator will receive an excellent salary of GBP28,000 - GBP30,000 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full-time role working on days. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
