Rainbow Care Solutions is a long-established, CQC-registered home care provider with over 20 years’ experience helping adults live safely and independently at home. We deliver person-centred domiciliary, complex, live-in, and supported living care, with reliable staffing and digital care planning to ensure safe, accurate, and responsive support. In our Coventry office, we offer the same high-quality, compassionate service, working closely with families and professionals to provide dependable care in the local community.
About the Role
Due to continued growth in our services, we are recruiting a Care Coordinator to help us deliver safe, person-centred care to our clients in Coventry and Warwickshire surrounding areas. You will be responsible for:

- Creating rotas and updating schedules to ensure safe staffing levels
- Scheduling and coordinating care visits
- Matching carers to clients based on skills, experience, and needs
- Liaising with clients, families, and external professionals
- Supporting carers with day-to-day queries and problem-solving
- Ensuring care plans and records are accurate and up to date
- Participating in the on-call rota as required
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience in domiciliary (dom) care and/or care coordination
- Is highly organised and able to work under pressure
- Communicates clearly and compassionately
- Is confident using digital systems for rostering and care planning
- Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle
- Has the right to live and work in England
- Shares our commitment to high-quality, person-centred care
