About The Role

Bluebird Care Nottingham is looking for an experienced Care Coordinator / Field Supervisor to join our growing team. This hybrid role combines care coordination in a fast-paced office environment with field supervision in the community.

You’ll ensure our customers receive safe, high-quality care while supporting, supervising, and coordinating our Care Assistants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule Care Assistants to ensure visits are delivered safely, on time, and in line with care plans
  • Accept and process new care referrals, complete assessments, and support care plan writing
  • Manage rota changes, sickness, holidays, and emergency cover
  • Conduct field supervisions, spot checks, observations, and competency checks
  • Monitor care quality and act as a link between customers, families, and the care team
  • Maintain accurate records, including mileage, incidents, and training compliance
  • Support the Registered Manager with staffing levels and recruitment planning
  • Participate in on-call duties and provide care when required (following training)

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience providing care
  • At least 1 year’s experience in care coordination and/or supervision
  • Caring, organised, reliable, and flexible
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Full UK driving licence and local area knowledge preferred
