At Home Instead, our mission is simple: to brighten the lives of seniors by helping them feel valued, supported and cared for in the comfort of their own homes.
As a Care Coordinator, you’ll be an important part of making this happen. You’ll help organise care schedules, support our Care Professionals and ensure our clients receive the reliable, compassionate care they deserve.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for coordinating care schedules and matching our wonderful Care Professionals with clients. If you enjoy organising, problem-solving and making a difference, this could be the role for you.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating care schedules and ensuring continuity of care.
- Supporting the onboarding of new Care Professionals.
- Managing changes such as holidays, sickness and emergency cover.
- Working closely with our Care Manager, Supervisors, clients, families and healthcare professionals.
- Helping to ensure our clients are safe, supported and receiving the highest standard of care.
- Following safeguarding procedures and company policies.
- Taking part in the evening and weekend on-call rota when required.

About You
- Organised, reliable and calm under pressure.
- A confident communicator and a natural problem-solver.
- Caring, friendly and passionate about helping others.
- Comfortable using computers and scheduling systems.
- Able to work well as part of a supportive team.
- Experienced in a care environment (preferred, but not essential).
- A driver with access to their own vehicle.
Qualifications
- Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or working towards.

Compensation: GBP 28000 - GBP 30000 - yearly
