Care Coordinator – London
About LifeCome Care
At LifeCome Care, we treat every client as if they were our own family. Since 2009 we’ve been supporting people to live safely and independently at home. We’re rated Good by the CQC and hold ISO 9001 certification. As we grow, we’re looking for an organised, calm and caring Care Coordinator to join our London team.
What you’ll do
- Plan and manage rotas for our care workers, making sure every visit is covered, on time and the right length
- Match carers to clients based on their needs, preferences and continuity of care
- Monitor visits on our electronic call monitoring system and act quickly on late or missed calls
- Be the first point of contact for clients, families, care workers and local authorities
- Handle short-notice changes, sickness cover and new care packages
- Keep accurate records and support the team with audits and compliance
- Take part in the on-call rota

What you’ll bring
- Experience coordinating or scheduling in domiciliary care, which is essential
- Confidence using rostering and call monitoring systems (CareLineLive experience is a bonus)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Good knowledge of safeguarding and CQC standards
- A full UK driving licence is desirable
