CARE COORDINATOR – PERMANENT OPPORTUNITY
Location: GL2 4NE
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-time
Type: On-site role
Position: Permanent
The Role
You will play an important role in coordinating and supporting the delivery of high-quality care services. The role will involve working closely with care staff, clients, and other professionals to ensure services are well organised and effectively delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating care and support services
- Managing staff rotas and shift cover
- Supporting care staff and dealing with day-to-day queries
- Maintaining accurate care plans, records, and documentation
- Completing and reviewing risk assessments
- Liaising with clients, families, and professionals
- Supporting compliance and quality standards
- Responding to emergencies when required

About You
We are looking for someone with previous Care Coordinator experience or strong transferable experience in a Field Care Supervisor, Care Supervisor, Senior Carer, or similar role.

Requirements:
- Previous care coordination/supervisory experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience with care plans and risk assessments
- Ability to coordinate staff and respond to changing situations
- Confident working with clients, families, and care professionals
No specific qualifications are required, although relevant care qualifications and experience would be beneficial.
