As a Care Coordinator, you’ll help our team grow, support our colleagues, and make a real difference every day. You will ensure customers receive safe, consistent and person-centred care in their own homes, while supporting our Care Experts through efficient scheduling and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain efficient rotas, ensuring care is delivered on time and in accordance with customer care plans.
- Work with the Registered Manager to ensure appropriate staffing levels and skill mix.
- Arrange cover for staff holidays and absences.
- Process new customer referrals and changes to care needs promptly.
- Support Care Experts by monitoring workloads and promoting work–life balance.
- Match Care Experts to customers based on skills, experience, availability and preferences.
- Be an active participant in on-call, following training and competency sign-off.
- Maintain accurate digital and written records, including travel and incident reporting.
- Ensure confidentiality and adherence to company policies at all times.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals to deliver exceptional homecare services.

About You
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities
- Confident using digital systems
- Team-focused and committed to delivering exceptional care
- Experience in scheduling or care coordination is beneficial but not essential
- Driver with access to your own car
