The right carer. The right client. The right support.

Behind every great care experience is someone making sure everything comes together.

At Trinity Homecare, our Care Coordinators are at the heart of our branches – connecting clients with Care Professionals, building effective rotas, responding when plans change and helping ensure the people we support receive reliable, consistent and personalised care.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right β€” and where to focus when applying.

This isn't simply about filling gaps on a rota.

It's About Understanding The People Behind It.

You'll get to know our clients, understand the strengths and availability of our Care Professionals and use that knowledge to help create care arrangements that work for everyone.

What are we looking for?

You don't need to tick every box, but we'd particularly like to hear from you if you have experience within domiciliary care, homecare, healthcare scheduling, care coordination or another fast-paced people-focused environment.

You'll Ideally Bring

  • Excellent organisation and planning skills.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Confidence managing competing priorities.
  • A practical, solutions-focused approach.
  • The ability to remain calm when plans change.
  • Good IT skills and confidence learning scheduling and care systems.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A genuine commitment to providing an excellent experience for clients and colleagues.
  • Previous experience within health or social care would be advantageous.
  • A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care would be desirable.

You'll thrive in this role if you're...

  • A problem solver – When something changes, you focus on finding the solution.
  • Highly organised – You can keep multiple priorities moving without losing sight of the detail.
  • A great communicator – You're comfortable speaking with Care Professionals, clients, families and colleagues.
  • People-focused – You understand that behind every rota is a client depending on us and a Care Professional delivering their care.
  • Proactive – You look ahead, identify potential challenges and act before they become problems.
  • Calm under pressure – Homecare doesn't always go to plan, and you're someone people can rely on when things change.
