We're looking for a Care Home Coordinator to join our Home Visits Audiology team. In this field-based role, you'll play a vital part in delivering an exceptional experience for our care home partners and their residents.

About the Role

As a Care Home Coordinator, you'll build and maintain strong relationships with the care homes that use our Home Visits service, while supporting the onboarding of new care home partners. You'll work closely with care home management teams, ensuring they receive outstanding support and service.

This is a field-based position, with approximately 3–4 days per week spent visiting care homes and 1–2 days based in our Birstall office.

What You'll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and nurturing relationships with care homes and their management teams
  • Supporting the onboarding of new patients onto our systems
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Coordinating day-to-day customer care and ensuring a high standard of service
  • Organising and delivering engaging activities within care homes, including arts and crafts sessions, to help create a positive experience for residents

About You

We're looking for someone who is compassionate, organised, and passionate about delivering outstanding care. You'll ideally have:

  • Current or previous experience working in healthcare within a care home setting
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
  • A calm, proactive approach to problem-solving and customer care
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to influence and engage others
  • A caring, friendly personality and a genuine desire to make a positive impact
