Location: The Dell Care Home
Position: Full-Time Care Home Manager
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Care Home Manager to lead the team at The Dell Care Home and ensure the highest standards of care, safety and wellbeing for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of the care home.
- Lead, support and motivate the care team.
- Ensure high standards of person-centred care and safeguarding.
- Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and relevant legislation.
- Work closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals.
- Manage staffing, training, care plans and quality improvement.
Requirements
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or equivalent).
- Previous management experience within a care home setting.
- Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and safeguarding.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience.
