Are you an experienced Carer ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a motivated and organised Care Scheduler to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced care professional who would like to use their knowledge and experience to progress from frontline care into a rewarding coordination and scheduling role.
Your experience as a carer means you already understand what excellent care looks like, the importance of continuity, and the needs of the people we support. Now, you can use that experience to help ensure our care teams are organised, supported and able to deliver the highest standards of care.
Job Description
As a Care Scheduler, you will play a key role in coordinating our care services. You will be responsible for:

- Creating and managing staff rotas and care schedules
- Matching carers with clients based on skills, availability and continuity of care
- Responding to changes in staffing and arranging suitable cover
- Communicating effectively with carers, clients, families and management

Qualifications
- Good working knowledge of IT systems with experience of Microsoft Office or Google Suite and CRM software with the ability to learn and adopt new technologies where appropriate.
- Highly resilient and positive with excellent communications skills.
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills with the ability to work calmly and accurately under pressure.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
- Logical and analytical with the ability to work on own initiative and meet deadlines.

Additional Information
Essential Criteria
- Flexibility to occasionally work outside 9-5 Monday to Friday to meet the demands of the business.
- Happy to be part of our on call rota Monday - Thursday 1 week in 5
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A team player who is self-motivated, results driven and resilient.
