Registered Service Manager

Specialist Rehabilitation & Complex Care Service

£45,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits

At Voyage Care, we know that great services are built by great leaders.

We're looking for an experienced and ambitious Registered Service Manager to take the lead in a specialist rehabilitation service supporting adults with acquired brain injuries and complex needs. This is an exciting opportunity for a manager who thrives on challenge, leads from the front, and is passionate about driving positive change.

This isn't a service that needs maintaining. It needs transforming.

This role requires a leader who can lead from the front, set clear expectations and build accountability, trust, and high performance. We're looking for someone who brings energy, vision, and resilience; a leader who can inspire confidence within the team, challenge where needed, balance support with accountability, and drive sustainable improvements that enable both colleagues and the people we support to thrive.

Why This Role

  • This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a well-established specialist service and make a genuine impact.
  • You'll be joining a service with strong foundations and the backing of a committed and supportive operational leadership team.
  • What we're looking for now is a manager who can bring fresh ideas, strong leadership, and the confidence to drive the service forward.
  • This is an opportunity for someone who thrives on challenge and enjoys making a visible impact. We need a leader who can create momentum, build accountability, strengthen team performance, and embed a culture of high standards, whilst ensuring the people we support remain at the heart of every decision.
  • If you're passionate about leading change, developing people, and transforming good services into great ones, this is a role where you can genuinely make a difference.
  • If you've successfully led services through change, improved quality, embedded high standards, or delivered service improvement plans, we'd love to hear from you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
