Company Overview

Everything we do at Bluebird Care St Albans & Hertsmere is guided by one simple question: how can we help? Care isn’t one-size-fits-all, it’s personal, practical, and compassionate. Our home care, live-in care, and specialist support is tailored around each individual, helping to stay independent, comfortable, and smiling at home. Meet our team and the friendly faces making a real difference every day

Role Overview

This is NOT a first Care Manager Role. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Care Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional home care services in the St Albans Area. We are a 100% Private packages business. We are looking for someone who has already grown a home care office with private clients and can do it again. If you have grown a domiciliary care office, built a private client base, and led a team through CQC inspections with strong outcomes, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
