Ready to Lead an Established, Well-Loved Service?

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Service Manager to lead one of our established residential services supporting adults with learning disabilities and physical disabilities.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take over a settled, stable service with a strong reputation, long-standing people we support and a dedicated staff team. Following the upcoming retirement of a long-serving manager, we are looking for a leader who can bring new ideas, new energy and a clear vision for the future while maintaining the warm, person-centred culture already in place.

The service supports a small group of adults who live full and active lives, accessing local community activities, social events, day opportunities and meaningful experiences. The people we support enjoy a welcoming home environment where independence, choice and quality of life are at the heart of everything we do.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
