We're Hiring: Care Manager (Registered Manager Responsibilities)
Location: Nottingham
Home Instead Nottingham is looking for an experienced and passionate Care Manager to join our team and take on Registered Manager responsibilities.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-quality domiciliary care service, supporting our clients to live independently in their own homes while ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance and team development.
About the role
As Care Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our service, working closely with the Franchise Owner to deliver outstanding care and drive the continued growth of the business.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supporting our office team and Care Professionals.
- Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and Home Instead standards.
- Overseeing care planning, risk assessments and quality assurance.
- Supporting the recruitment, training and development of Care Professionals.
- Building relationships within the local community to promote our services.
- Driving continuous improvement to ensure exceptional client outcomes.
About you
We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience managing a domiciliary care service.
- A strong understanding of CQC compliance and care regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding person-centred care.
- A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care, or a willingness to work towards it.
