We’re looking for someone who is not only passionate about high-quality care, but also commercially aware, proactive, and confident out in the community—someone who enjoys networking, spotting opportunities, and building a strong local presence.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing care team
- Ensure full compliance with Care Inspectorate standards
- Oversee care planning, rotas, audits, and quality assurance
- Drive recruitment, retention, and staff engagement
- Build strong local partnerships and networks
- Support business growth and contribute to commercial success

What You’ll Need
- SVQ Social Services & Healthcare Level 4 (SCQF Level 9) or equivalent
- Experience in homecare with strong operational knowledge (care plans, rotas, audits)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Right to work in the UK
- Experience as a Registered Manager, Care Manager, Service Manager or ambitious Deputy ready to step up
- A confident, friendly personality with strong relationship-building skills
- Commercial awareness and a proactive, growth-focused mindset
