Care Manager - New Branch in Petersfield
We’re opening a brand-new Guardian Angel Carers branch in Petersfield, and we’re looking for an ambitious, dynamic Care Manager who is ready to take the lead. A rare opportunity to build something exceptional from the ground up.
This is more than a traditional management role. You’ll have the opportunity to shape a new branch from day one! Building a team, establishing strong community connections, developing local partnerships and growing a thriving care business, all while delivering the outstanding, person-centred care we’re known for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Play a pivotal role in launching and growing our Petersfield branch.
- Balance operational leadership, compliance and quality with business development and community engagement.
- Be the face of Guardian Angel Carers in Petersfield, building trusted relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and local organisations.
- Recruit, lead, and develop your CareAngels, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure we consistently deliver exceptional standards of care.

Requirements:
- Experienced in care with previous management experience.
- Be CQC aware, with a strong understanding of requirements and regulatory compliance.
- Have NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (completed or willing to complete).
- Hold a Full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
- Be flexible to travel to other branches and our Head Office in Chichester at least once a month.
- Be a confident leader with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Have a commercially aware approach, with confidence in networking and business development.

Hours:
- Full-Time, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week) + On-call participation. Weekend availability preferable.
Salary:
- £33,000 – £36,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
