Job Summary
We are looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to join our dedicated reception team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with the general public in a fast-paced environment. You need to be able to work as part of a well-established and close team but use your own initiative where required and within the remit of your role. Exceptional communication skills, both face to face and over the phone, are a must, as is the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Details Of The Posts
35.5 hours a week worked:
- Monday: 8.00 - 18.30
- Tuesday: 8.00 - 18.30
- Wednesday: 8.00 - 13.30
- Thursday: OFF
- Friday: 8.00 - 18.30
covering over three sites
Main duties of the job
The Specific Requirements For This Role Are As Follow
- The successful applicant will be part of a rota to cover occasional short weekend sessions in addition to normal hours as well as late finish during the week, therefore flexibility is a must.
- Ability to cover annual leave and sick leave
- Can do attitude with focus on problem solving

- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to cope with stress and difficult situations

- Teamwork

These posts will be based across all 3 sites and therefore driving license and access to own car is advisable.
Previous GP reception or/and administration experience would be an advantage, however full training will be given to the right candidate.
