This role will play a vital part ensuring that our clients receive the best in class quality care and support the growth of our business. Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Professional to join our team, to provide essential support to individuals in their own homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Strong communication skills and a commitment to high-quality care are essential. What We Offer: Guaranteed hours contracts available Competitive pay: £13.40 – £14.42 per hour £20 per hour on Bank Holidays 35p mileage allowance Minimum 1-hour calls – giving you time to deliver quality care, no rushed visits Accredited training and ongoing professional development A supportive, friendly team that truly values you Variable working patterns available 4 days a week (between Mon–Fri one week and between Mon–Sun the next) Potential to do some sleeps at £13.00 per hour as and when required (not essential) Requirements Previous experience in a home care setting is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with clients and team members. Must have a valid driving license and access to a vehicle Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes. Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and understanding towards clients' needs. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
