Company Description
At Home Instead West Leicestershire & Market Bosworth, we believe care is about building meaningful relationships. Through our unique matching process, we carefully pair Clients and Care Professionals based on shared interests, personalities, hobbies, and backgrounds. This helps create trusted relationships, consistency, and companionship that truly make a difference.
We are currently expanding our team and looking for caring, compassionate Care Professionals to support older adults living independently in their own homes across the local community.

Available Hours
We currently have vacancies available for:
- Early Mornings: from 06:45am
- Daytimes
- Evenings: 16:45 – 22:00
- Weekends
Immediate starts are available following completion of training, successful DBS checks, and receipt of four satisfactory references.
What Does the Role Involve?
As a Care Professional, no two days are the same. You will provide person-centred support tailored to each client’s needs while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing.

Your role may include:
- Companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with personal care
- Supporting mobility around the home
- Medication support and monitoring wellbeing
- Light housekeeping, cleaning, and vacuuming
- Preparing and cooking meals
- Running errands including shopping and prescription collection
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for people who are:
- Compassionate and caring
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Adaptable and personable
- Excellent communicators
- Passionate about supporting older people
Experience in care is welcome but not essential — full industry-leading training is provided.
Essential Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Access to your own reliable vehicle
- Right to work in the UK
- Good English communication skills
