Job Description The Role As a Home Instead Care Professional, you will play a vital role in helping individuals continue living life on their own terms. We’re looking for Care Professionals who are kind and compassionate and are dedicated to delivering the highest standard of care understanding our values and mission. Providing continuity to both Client and Care Professional means you will see the same Clients every week, with minimum 1-hour visits enabling you to build a relationship and a routine in the comfort of their home focused on quality of life. Quality Time That Matters Our minimum one-hour visits allow you to build genuine, trusted relationships—giving you the time to support, listen, connect, and make a real difference. Companionship and Daily Support You will offer friendly companionship and assist with daily activities, helping clients remain active, engaged, and confident in their routines. Personal Care Delivered with Compassion You may support with personal care and practical tasks, always ensuring clients feel safe, comfortable, and that they are being cared for with the utmost dignity. Supporting Independence in the Community Whether accompanying clients on shopping trips, attending appointments, or supporting social activities, you will help them maintain independence and wellbeing. Qualifications No Experience Required Comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided every step of the way. You do not need previous experience or qualifications. We are looking for caring, reliable individuals with strong communication skills and a genuine desire to make a difference. To succeed in this role, you must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a reliable vehicle.
