About the Role
Are you someone with a kind, compassionate heart who wants to make a true difference to the lives of older adults? Join our team as a Care Professional in Hall Green and help clients maintain their independence and dignity in their own homes.
You’ll provide a variety of non-medical care services, including companionship, light household assistance, meal preparation, and practical support. No formal qualifications are required, but a natural ability to connect with people, especially older adults, is essential. Useful experience may include caring for family members, volunteering in care settings, or working in similar roles.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, compassionate non-medical care to clients in their homes.
- Build trusting relationships through shared interests and patience.
- Support clients with day-to-day tasks (e.g., shopping, meal prep, light housekeeping).
- Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce isolation.
- Follow safety protocols and report any concerns immediately.
- Work flexibly to meet clients’ needs (e.g., unexpected care requests).
What We’re Looking for
- A passion for helping and supporting others.
- Ability to deliver outstanding service with reliability and professionalism.
- Trustworthiness, respectfulness, and strong communication skills.
- Comfortable spending time with clients in various environments.
- No experience is mandatory, but past caring experience (paid or voluntary) is beneficial.
