Job Description

Home Instead Maidstone - CQC Rated OUTSTANDING

Love What You Do!

Be a Home Instead Care Professional for our clients in the Headcorn, Harrietsham, Lenham, Charing, Marden, and Sutton Valence areas.

How do you feel in your current job? Are you just a name on a piece of paper? Is it a job rather than a career? Have you lost your way?

Why not be part of an amazing team that are like your family. Receive award-winning training, great pay from an accredited living wage employer, a company that is never too busy to stop, pick up the phone, and say “thank you, we think you are fantastic” to invite you into the office for a “hey, how you doing” with a nice hot chocolate and marshmallows! It’s the little things that make a big difference and that is why people stay!

When you join Home Instead Maidstone, you'll receive exceptional training from passionate and enthusiastic trainers. With the average client visit time being around 90 minutes, you can focus on delivering quality care to your client and have a cuppa and natter!

Becoming a Care Pro with Home Instead is simply about being with our clients to enhance the quality of life for seniors and to help keep them independent in their own home. With Home Instead, care means “quality care”. It means providing support that is completely personalised to the individual and is based on a close bond formed from personality similarities, shared experiences, or interests. From companionship, home help to personal care, no two days are the same. You can help families know that their loved ones remain safe and well and cared for at home. You can deliver a rewarding experience to people who may be lonely or require extra support to retain their independence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
