Home Instead Westminster & City of London is looking for caring and dependable people to join our team of Care Professionals, supporting older people to remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. We believe good care should never feel rushed. That is why our visits are a minimum of two hours, giving you the time to get to know your clients properly, build trusted relationships, and provide the standard of care you would want for your own family.

What Does a Care Professional Do?
Every client is different, but your role may include:
- Providing companionship and conversation
- Supporting clients with personal care, including washing and dressing
- Preparing meals and drinks
- Supporting clients with medication in accordance with their care plan
- Helping clients move safely around their home
- Accompanying clients to appointments, shopping, or social activities
- Helping with light housework and everyday tasks
- Observing changes in a client's wellbeing and reporting any concerns
- Building positive and trusting relationships with clients and their families
Most importantly, you will help someone continue to live life on their own terms.
Qualifications

You do not necessarily need previous care experience. We are looking for people who are:

You must have the legal right to work in the UK.

Compensation: GBP 14.50 - GBP 15.50 - hourly
