Location: West Exeter & Teignbridge (Drivers Only) Type: Part-Time Pay Rate: £13.31 to £20.42 per hour (higher rates for NVQ Level 3 and bank holidays) Perks: Flexible hours | Local clients | Paid waiting time | Mileage reimbursed at 40p/mile

What You’ll Do
- Support older adults in their own homes across West Exeter & Teignbridge
- Offer friendly companionship and emotional reassurance
- Assist with daily tasks: meal prep, light housework, errands, and personal care
- Provide washing, dressing, medication reminders, and mobility support
- Make a positive, lasting difference in clients’ lives every day
