Company Description
At Home Instead Rochdale, we provide high-quality, companionship led care to help adults remain living safely and happily in their own homes. We match our Care Professional to clients based on mutual interests and hobbies, ensuring that our care feels like visiting a friend. Our visits are a minimum of one hour, giving you the time to build trust, rapport, and lasting friendships without rushing.
Job Description
Working in care, every day is different.
Your role will include:
- Providing warm companionship and checking on client wellbeing
- Assisting with personal care routines and medication support/reminders
- Preparing healthy meals, maintaining hydration, and assisting with light household tasks
- Accompanying clients to appointments, social activities, trips to the shops, or helping them pursue hobbies

Qualifications
No professional experience is required - we provide full, paid training so you feel confident from day one.
What you need:
- A truly caring heart, patience, and good communication skills (written and spoken)
- A valid UK driving licence and access to your own reliable vehicle (highly preferred for traveling between clients homes)
- The right to work in the UK (sponsorship cannot be offered)
- Willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS check
