Job Description
Join the Jigsaw Puzzle!
Home Instead Maidstone is like a Jigsaw Puzzle. We work really well with lots of lovely Care Pros with a wide range of availability. All the Care Pros click into place and complete the puzzle.
My question to you is which piece of the puzzle are you? How do we fit into your lifestyle? Why don’t we find out together…pick up the phone right now!
Be a Care Professional to our elderly and vulnerable clients. We provide services to them as follows:
- Companionship
- Home Help
- Personal Care
- Medication Administration
Home Instead provides award-winning training from passionate and enthusiastic trainers, great pay as we are an accredited living wage employer, a company that is never too busy to stop, pick up the phone, and say “thank you, we think you are fantastic”! It’s the little things that make a big difference, and that is why our Care Pros stay and complete the Jigsaw Puzzle!
Becoming a Care Pro with Home Instead is simply about being with our clients to enhance the quality of life for our clients and to help keep them independent in their own home. With Home Instead, care means “quality care.” Our client visits are an average of 90 minutes. This means you know you will have time for that cup of tea and a natter. It means providing support that is completely personalised to the individual and is based on a close bond formed from personality similarities, shared experiences, or interests. You can help families know that their loved ones remain safe and well and cared for at home. You can deliver a rewarding experience to people who may be lonely or require extra support to retain their independence.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
